Philosophy
Paw Supply was founded out of a love for pets and a passion to help homeless animals. 5% of
all purchases (before tax and shipping) are given to animal welfare organizations. We offer a
unique giving program where the customer is able to choose the organization that benefits from
their purchase. The customers can direct their donation to local or national animal welfare
organizations (companion, farm, or wild animals) with the only requirement being that they spay
or neuter all dogs and cats prior to adoption.
Shipping
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of submission. Your credit card or PayPal account will
be charged when the order ships. Most orders will be shipped via UPS.
Lupine, Planet Dog, Premier, Canine Hardware, Doggles:
Orders are shipped on the next business day to anywhere in the United States or Canada.
Refined Feline and Refined Canine:
Orders take approximately 2-4 business days to leave the warehouse and will be shipped via
FedEx. We apologize, but we can only ship the Lotus and Refined Litterbox to the continental
United States.
Kittywalk and Puppywalk:
Orders take approximately 2-5 business days to leave the warehouse and will ship via UPS. An
additional charge of $40 will apply to all Canadian Kittywalk orders to be applied towards
shipping and customs fees.
Meowme:
Orders are typically shipped via UPS on the next business day. An additional charge of $40 will
apply to all Canadian orders to be applied towards shipping and customs fees. Canadian
Meowme orders will be shipped via USPS.
Returns
All returns will be granted within 7 days of delivery for unused merchandise in resellable
condition. We must be contacted before the item(s) are sent back to us at
info@pawsupply.com. Shipping charges will not be refunded and there is a 15% restocking fee.
If there is damage to an item or damage has occurred during shipping
we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
Lupine collars have a lifetime guarantee and will be replaced if ever damaged.
